DEADLINE:  Letters and email information must be received by 4 PM Friday, April 15.

One of the criteria to file an Appeal, is that all members must have “standing”.  In order to have standing, the following must be met:

  1. Must have received a letter informing you of the Public Hearing, OR your property is located within one mile from the proposed solar project

  2. Must have attended the Public Hearing (register name at the door)

  3. Must have spoken or given your speaking time to another individual to speak during the Public Hearing, OR write a letter to the BZA regarding your concerns.
